27 Sep -29 Sep, 10I missed my flight on Satursday 25 Sep. My friends took the plane without me and the stories went on - calling ticketing, changing flight, arguing, paying extra fee. On the bright side, I spent the fullish time with Iven - went to a movie (Resident's Evils 3D) at 2AM, went to dog park, had good food.
1st lesson learned;1) If you work late until 4AM and you have to wake up to catch the flight at 6AM. Don't go to bed.
2) Every bad thing has a bright side

I got the Open Water Diving License in May.
Here it came for the Diving trip
Welcome to Manado, Indonesia!
The sign was belonged to BIG mobile network in Indonesia, compared to the size of the 'Welcome' sign.

A Froggies dive center driver picked me up at the Airport to the port.
We took another 45 mintues to reach Bunaken and it started raining.
Umm, it was not a good sign for divers.
I joked with my new friend (Celine) that tomorrow onwards was going to be sunny as long as I was there.
2nd lesson learned;1) Don't joke around becauser people will take it seriously.
2) When you joke and it comes true you can continue joking.

My friends were there (Leo, Lina, Filip and Wie tien). They were sharing stories underwater. "You gotta love it" Leo said. "Sure, I will" I thought.
My first meal here was nice. They were not heavy meat eater here so it was quite easy for any vegetarian.

Good morning with the nice breakfast for my
first dive of the trip (Ron's place).
Of course, I was excited but underwater was so beautiful untill I didn't want to go up.
Well, when it was only 30 bar left I had no choice.
My first dive was ok because I was struggling with my bouyancy.
So I bet I missed to see many other beautiful things.

No doubt, my second dive was perfect (Likuan III).
It was like a painting. Someone shifted the coral from horizontal to vertical.
I was looking at the coral paiting. How beautiful? Did the fishes know that it was vertical but not horizontal?
3rd lessen learned;1) We can see underwater world more beautiful than usual becuase we do not stay there
2) Fishes are smarter than us and they are adjusting to underwater for generations
I was too excited and I couldn't stop now so I continued with my night dive.
I felt excited at first but worried once I was in the water. I felt uncomfortable with one hand holding a torchlight. I couldn't see a thing plus there was a bit of current. My Gogle was leaking!
I felt uncomfortable even though there were so many beautiful things to see at night - craps, lobsters, shrimps, night fishes. I wanted this session to end......
4th lesson learned;1) Make sure that the gogle is clear and foggy-free
2) Get a torchlight that attached to your hand so you don't need to hold it
That was my first day. I needed to go bed because I was going to have early morning dive at 7AM.
*******************************************************************************

After I cleared my gogle, I could see perfectly.
Hmm, I should did this since yesterday so my night dive was going to be better!
This site (Likuan I) wasn't anything much except BIG mama turtle.

I ended with a perfect dive (Pangnaugan). I saw so many things and I started to control my breathing. I could stay longer underwater then.
5th lessen learned;1) There are so many things to see underwater, don't look only one direction.
2) Sea snake is poisoning but he is scared of you more than you are scared of him.
3) Life underwater is never ended but our life will. So help save and DO NOT destroy.

To be continue for my adventure dive trip!
