I got the voucher from Chuanhui so I went there.
It was a family business of two sisters (Aunties).
They were nice and their faces were brightening up.
The facial was fine, some I liked some I don't like.
Well, I did buy the package though because I would like to have a face bright up like them. :)

Teddy got an elephant.

So Teddy can ride the elephant for lunch, shopping, go home and doesn't need to walk anymore.

I thought it was quite nice.

Iven loved potato so he liked it as well. ^^

This was my BD cake (Tiramisu) from Bakersin.
I thought my Tiramisu was better! : P

My lovely Iven brought me, Twynki and Jynx to east coast beach.
He wanted to drink for celebration.
I was so sleepy but Iven wanted to enjoy.

Tiramisu Birthday Factory

This was for my Birthday. To thank everyone for their friendliness.
I planned to make 60 cups but I could make only about 27 cups (with one box of Mascarpone Cheese).

Ladyfingers
Mascarpone Cheese
3 Eggs separated
4 tsp Sugar
2 tea cups Strong Worm Coffee
Bitter Cocoa Powder

It was a lot better from the 1st time. The sweetness was just right.
Ummm, Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
I was going to be a Tiramisu Queen!

Pinwheel 2nd trial

Since, I bought the whole pack of pantry. I could practice my chief skill. This was my 2nd Pinwheel but the ingredient was slightly different.

I didn't like it much this time but with unexpected, Iven loved it!!
I thought it was because of Parmesan Cheese...

Petai Curry Pinwheel

Last time, I tried to make mock chicken pot pie but I failed.
Iven didn't like it, doggies also didn't like it.

From there, I tried again with Petai Curry Pinwheel.

Petai
Mixed vegetables
Curry powder, salt and pepper

After you prepared the stuff, left it cool.
Don't spring on the pantry right away! It was going to be out of control (To soft and couldn't roll).

I tried to keep a shape as a roll (Tried so hard).
And it burnt a bit here and there. ("-_-)

But after cut, it looked nice though.

I learnt the dish from our Swedish friend (Fredrick).

It was easy to make but tasty.
I think it is a good dish for children though.
That's why we love it. ^^

You normally eat it with fired bacon. But for vegetarian like us, we eat it with fried mushroom. Yum!

First Tiramisu

I love Tiramisu.

The name Tiramisu is from Italian and means "pick me up" (Tirami su) but can be translated figuratively as "make me less sad/happier".

Tiramisu [tirame'su] is one of the most popular Italian desserts. It is made of savoiardi (lady fingers) dipped in coffee and mascarpone cream.

Here it is, my first tiramisu.
I think it is quite good though.

Mitt Sverige (My Sweden)

Hello everyone, here is another trip from me.

I took an airplane from Singapore and transited at Bangkok with my friend, Iven.









We reached BKK around 11.00PM. We were waiting for our plane to Sweden.










A bag and drinks for a friend at Sweden (His name is Fredrik and he is a master drinker)

Ya, it was boring waiting for times so we had a Black Canyon coffee.

Finally, we reached Copenhagen but I didn’t take any photos here. (ToT)
Fredrik showed us around at Copenhagen. It was a lively city!

We stayed one night at Malmo, Sweden (Our friend city). Yep, it was quite expensive (Sweden price) but a room was so lovely with TV and Bathroom.

We traveled in Malmo today. We went to “Teknikens hus (The Science and Maritime House)”. Do you see a big submarine here???
Then we went to “Malmohus Castle” and “Malmo Museums”. It was about 3.00PM and We were starving. We went back to a central area and looked for a Chinese Vegetarian Buffet. Sad thing, it was close….Grggg. So we had spaghetti at “La Epanada” instead.

After, I cooled down myself with a full stomach.



We went to “Malmo Chokladfabrik (Chocolate Factory)” and had a nice warm chocolate…yummy ^^










We took a bus to “Folkets Park (Malmo entertainment park)” but it was empty. Toys and games were close. Oh! It was not a right time at all.

We walked to “Mollevangstoget”. It was a multicultural melting pot of market traders, restaurants and delicatessens. So we saw a lot of Asian shops and restaurants here.


We took the bus back to the central. We walked pass “Lilla Torg” and “Stortorget” headed back to “Central Station (Train Station)”. We were waiting for a bus to Stockholm. It was cold out there (starting of spring) so it was better to stay worm in here.

We reached Stockholm around 6.00AM. Oh! God! It was freaking cold.
We looked for hostels. Well, we didn’t book any because our schedule wasn’t fixed.

A first hostel was full booking and she recommended us for a next hostel. We tried our luck. Hopefully, there were beds for us. Yeah! We got the beds. We didn’t have to sleep on the street tonight!






We went to “City Hall”, “Skansen“and “Vasamuseet”. Everything was close so early. I thought Swedish people must like to stay at home and sleep. The “Skansen” was close at 4.00PM. When we were there it was like as a cemetery. We rushed back to the “Vasamuset” and it was close at 5.00PM. Sign…I missed it by 5 minutes!
So we had beers at a café next to it. It was my first beer in Sweden. Rock on!

Good Morning, I separated with Iven today because I wanted to go to “Vasamuseet” again. We planned to meet at “The Royal Palace” at 12.00PM to see a changing guard at 12.15PM. But I missed my “Canal Boat Tour” at 10.30AM and I had to take at 11.30AM instead.We met at “The Royal Palace” and watched the long changing guard!

Then we had a Vegetarian Buffet at “Herman’s”. It was really great.











We went back to the City Lodge hostel and relaxed ourselves. I felt so tired and sleepy. Was it because of the weather???

We were back in Malmo waiting for Fredrik to be back. We had coffees at Coffee House to warm up our bodies. I loved Mocha Latte!













We went to “Foteviken Viking Centre” and again it was a cemetery. Luckily, we had a Viking to tell us stories. He was a priest and believed in many gods. I loved the god stories but I got captured by Viking Boat, help meeeeeeeeeeeeee!

We spent time with our friends (Fredrik and Brengt). We had a great time but no photos.

It was a time to say good bye and we took a train to the airport at Copenhagen.

We had last beers here. I realized the beer here was better than the beer back home.
Oh!No. I turned to be a drinker!


On the airplane,

2) Don’t sit on the crew seat.
