Rårakor

I learnt the dish from our Swedish friend (Fredrick).

It was easy to make but tasty.
I think it is a good dish for children though.
That's why we love it. ^^

Ingredient:

1kg potato
2-4 eggs
1 red onion
salt, pepper, milk and cream
*******************************

You normally eat it with fired bacon. But for vegetarian like us, we eat it with fried mushroom. Yum!
